RAWALPINDI/ISLAMABAD: At least five people including a married woman were allegedly abducted from different areas of the twin cities.
According to reports, Atiqur Rehman lodged a complaint with Banni Police that he was out of the city when he received information that some 12 unidentified persons barged into his home and subjected his wife and children to severe torture and snatched important documents, laptops and abducted his wife.
Meanwhile, Zeeshan, father of the victim lodged a complaint with Peer Wadhai Police that some unknown suspects had abducted his son. Mushtaq lodged a complaint with Civil Lines Police that Asad Khokhar and Aqib had kidnapped his daughter. Police have registered separate cases and started investigations. At least two youngsters were abducted within the Bara Kahu Police jurisdiction. Syed Jamil Hussian, a resident of Bara Kahu, lodged a complaint with the local police that kidnappers had abducted his brother Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah from the local market.
