SUKKUR: A couple, Gulsher Mahar and Mirzadi Mahar, were wounded when unknown assailants targeted them while they were on their way to Kandhkot city on a motorcycle.

Officials at the A-Section police of Kandhkot said that the incident took place on Haibat Road on Thursday.

They believed that the assailants belonged to the Sabzoi community who had some enmity with Mahars.
