SAHIWAL: Pakpattan District Police Officer Ibadat Nisar suspended from service, booked and got arrested Sadar Police Station reader Ashf aq for manhandling a woman complainant who had come to the police station for registration of a case of the missing child.

The son of Sobia Bibi, a resident of the city, had gone missing. She approached the police but her case was not registered. She took a court order for registration of case and brought the order to the police station where reader Ashfag insulted her.

The matter reported was to the District Police Officer took actionagainst the policeman.

Saddar Station House Officer Ashig Abid confirmed that the suspended official was the lock-up.

BOOKED: Harrapa Police registered a case against unidentified killers over murder of two transgender persons in Harappa city.

The bodies of Ashfaq, 36, alias Phakoo and Salman, 26, alias Muskan were found at their rented place in Jinnah Colony three days after their murder.

The murder FIR was registered on complaint of Ashfaq`s brother, Nadeem Iqbal.

On other hand Usman Buzdar, CM, Punjab took notice of the incident and ordered impartial inquiry into the incident.
